Canada Post/CUPW Negotiation Updates
(Affecting Canadian Orders Only)
AUGUST 1st UPDATE:
CUPW union members had been voting on the final offer from Canada Post and the results were announced that the member voted to reject the offer. At this time, there is still no deal. Canadians are left waiting on what happens next.

Unfortunately, the next step is a deal, a walkout or a lockout, so please consider tracking to ensure there are no delays or stoppage in delivery. After 18 months of negotiations, it seems a deal without binding arbitration or government intervention is unlikely.
Your Options and What This Means for Your Order
While it is highly recommended Canadian customers choose tracked shipping (via courier) to avoid any potential delays, orders that choose untracked Lettermail will still be shipped if this is your chosen shipping method as long as Canada Post is still operating and accepting mail.

Please note: Canada Post can lock out employees at any time or the CUPW union can move to strike or walk out without any real notice from this point on.

If a strike occurs when your order is in transit:
If your order has shipped via Lettermail and a strike or lockout occurs while your item is in transit, Canada Post has advised mail will be kept in secure storage and resume the delivery process once any job action is over. Please be prepared for delays if this happens.
