Canada Post/CUPW Negotiation Updates
(Affecting Canadian Orders Only)
NOVEMBER 25th UPDATE:
Canada Post and the union have agreed in principle to stop the strike activity. While no deal has been voted on or signed by both sides, the hope is that the union members will accept the deal, otherwise strikes may resume.

What This Means for Your Order
Customers should expect delays if you choose Lettermail shipping for your method of delivery, due to holiday volume and and residual effect of the strikes. Tracked shipping remains the most reliable method of delivery.
While we usually use couriers, if Canada Post is the only option for your address that method will be used. If your order is in Canada Post's network when any strike is initiated, it will be held securely by Canada Post until the strike is over.
Don't forge: If you live in a location that requires a buzzer number for entry or have other delivery instructions, please provide it during check out.
