Change to USA
De Minimus & Tariffs
(Affecting USA Orders Only)
SEPTEMBER UPDATE:
The US President has removed the de minimis allowance for American citizens to purchase from outside of the USA without tariffs or duties under $800.

As of August 29th, any purchase from outside the US is subject to tariffs, paid by the buyer, unless they fall under the CUSMA/USMCA free trade agreement between Canada-US-Mexico. Pooch & Tabby does have CUSMA qualification, which means there will be no tariff on the majority of my products shipping to US customers, just additional broker and US administrative fees.

What This Means for American Customers
Shipping to the US remains complicated due to the ever changing situation. While all test shipments have been sent without issue or any additional fees upon delivery, some items may not be able to ship without tariffs due to complicated CUSMA guidelines.

At this point, US orders will need to be handled by request until our platform provider will allow certain products to be excluded from general sale. This page will contain any updates moving forward.
