RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Currently we do not offer exchanges or returns. Pooch & Tabby is a small shop hand making every piece to order and because we offer a variety of widths, sizes and hardware options, each item is therefore considered custom made from raw materials in the width, size and hardware you choose.
We do not pre-make our items to ensure they are brand new when you receive them. Often times shops that accept exchanges and returns are re-selling items that may have been worn by another dog or cat. For health and safety reasons, please be assured that your items from Pooch & Tabby have not been worn by another animal before yours. With more pets having skin conditions and allergies, including some of our longtime customers, we want to make sure customers have one less thing to worry about when buying online.
Sizing charts are provided in numerous areas and materials that may affect longevity are included in each listing to ensure customers can make an informed decision. We are definitely here to ensure that you are getting the correct product you need and will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have, so please reach out ahead of your purchase!
If your order has been received with an item missing, wrong colour, or a defect that was caused on our end, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos of the defect or the wrong colour, so we can take and look and make it right. Damage to any of our products from pet behaviour or outdoor elements such as excessive scratching, chewing, fading or tarnishing of hardware are not eligible for replacement. Wear and tear issues relating to biting, pulling, scratching and fading of the design are not manufacturing defects and not eligible for replacement.
