100% cotton fabric design backed with heavy duty smooth polypro webbing that won't rot, mold or mildew like nylon can.

Especially if this is your first time ordering from Pooch & Tabby, it's important to get an accurate neck measurement to see where it fits into our size chart. Remember, there is no standardization for sizes in the pet collar industry, so each company decides their own sizes. It's best to measure your pup vs. measuring their current collar, as the way you measure a collar may not be the way we measure, and determine our sizes.

If your pup's measurement falls just outside of a size range or at the very end, we can add an extra inches or take them away to accommodate your pet's specific size, especially if your pup is no longer growing. For example, the small size adjusts from 9 - 13" and the medium adjusts from 12 - 19". If your pup is an adult and has a 14" neck, rather than get a medium and have 5" of extra bulk, we can make your pup a custom size that extends to 16" to ensure a comfortable fit, at no extra charge.

Never order a collar where the end measurement exactly matches your pup's neck measurement. Since a collar should be worn to allow two finger wiggle room, you want to ensure the collar can be adjusted bigger and smaller than their exact measurement.

Please note: Buckle Martingales have a shorter adjustment range and does not follow the standard collar sizing. Each buckle martingale is made custom to your dog's neck measurement. The minimum neck measurement for a 3/4" is 13", for a 1" collar is 14" and for a 1.5" collar is 15". Please contact us if your pup's neck is smaller than the minimum to discuss options.

Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days to prepare your order to ship. All items are handmade to order and ship from Ontario, Canada. Our business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends & holidays.

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 days after purchase. Orders go into production after 2 days and cannot be cancelled past this time frame.

Currently we do not offer exchanges or returns. Because we offer a variety of widths, sizes and hardware options, each item is made to order and therefore considered custom.
